  18. Unfortunately not always in practice as I found out during Envoy
  19. work. :-/ Some devices do not support the current SANA-II Release 2
  20. standard (S2R2), some do have severe problems handling a simple
  21. DoIO(), some don't flush correctly, some can't be flushed and
  22. reopened, some have side effects and work only on thursdays with a
  23. full moon when it's raining. Things improve, but slow. Oh well.

  29. Just to clarify things. Michael and I agreed to support only a
  30. single a2065.device for both INet and Envoy. The intention is to
  31. avoid a ton of different devices for the same thing. I sent him my
  32. patches for 3.2 and we will continue to exchange fixes to keep
  33. only one a2065.device current. Currently I don't know of any more
  34. problems with the a2065.device. What I'd like to say with all of
  35. this is that this common device will be shipped with future
  36. versions and updates to Envoy just like with INet. We are trying to
  37. avoid support headaches. :^)
